    Aromas of crisp green apple and juicy white grape lead the way, translating beautifully into a refreshing, light cup. Subtle caramel notes bring a soft sweetness, tying everything together with a touch of springtime joy.

  • HOW WE MAKE IT

    On the steep slopes of Finca Los Angeles, cherries are handpicked with care and delivered to the farm’s processing area. The fully washed method begins with sorting cherries in water tanks to remove any floaters. The cherries are then pulped, fermented in piles for 18 hours, and delivered to the Cafetos de Segovia mill, 56 kilometres away. Here, they are sun-dried on raised beds for 12 days, developing the vibrant and crisp flavours unique to this region.
