Every bag is roasted to order at our York Roastery and despatched within 1–2 working days of roasting. Speciality coffee is at its best between 7 and 14 days post-roast, so by the time it lands on your doormat it's hitting peak flavour. We never send coffee that's been sitting on a shelf.

A 200g bag makes roughly 11–13 cups (filter) or 13–14 shots (espresso). As a rough guide:

1 cup a day, one drinker → 1 bag every 10–12 days
2 cups a day, one drinker → 1 bag a week
2-drinker household, daily coffee → 2 bags a week
