Colombia Papayo

This coffee was grown by Jairo Arcila at the farm Santa Mónica. This coffee is harvested following strict ripeness criteria, floated and hand-sorted to remove any defects. Cherries were then exposed to 30 hours of underwater fermentation before being pulped. The parchment was then gently washed and then dried in temperature controlled conditions until ideal moisture content was achieved. This microlot is 100% Papayo. This varietal is a rare mutation that took place in Acevedo, Huila. Ripe cherries turn orange in colour and the shape is similar to a papaya. The cup profile is complex with defined jasmine, sugar cane, and sweet chocolate notes.

DPD NEXT-DAY DELIVERY

Orders placed with DPD before 8:30 am will be sent via Next Day Delivery,; however, this doesn't include weekends. Any orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Any orders weighing over 2.5 kg will be sent via DPD Courier. Your confirmation email will notify you if this is the case. Green coffee orders are restricted to a maximum of 10kg.

This option excludes Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.

For those local to York, we have free local collection points throughout the city that we deliver to on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Orders placed from Friday to Tuesday will be delivered to the chosen collection point on Wednesday morning. You will be notified via email when your order is ready.
