Coffee Consultancy

As part of our business, we specialise in giving advice to independent café owners, specifically those who want to set up in business for the first time. We can give advice on anything from formulating a Business Plan, to choosing an espresso machine to suit you.

Unlike many other consultancies, we have been there and done that – our experiences and knowledge are drawn from real life situations, and we have been in your shoes and understand your worries. We also have two in-house Q Graders (coffee sommeliers) here to help match coffee blends and create bespoke solutions to suit your business. 

We offer a variety of packages to the business start up, including options to assist with business plan writing and presentations.

The first meeting with us is completely free of charge, and can be done either at our premises or at a meeting place of your choice. After the first meeting, where we will discuss your aims and objectives and our consultancy options, a bespoke plan will be put together to establish what help you require, and when, and detail the costs involved.

Our consultancy options are varied – from one off advice or barista training on an hourly basis, to full blown packages where we can help with property and equipment sourcing, business planning, and store set ups.

Once you are up and running we can still help – we offer ongoing barista training, plus audits and mystery shops to make sure your café is up to scratch.
