This washed process Colombian coffee boasts a tangy& refreshing tangerine acidity. This profile is complimented by sweet brown sugar and subtle cocoa powder, all of which are balanced perfectly making this coffee a real easy drinker!
This coffee is fantastic through filter due to its bright flavours & it will make for an espresso with a punch, worth a try!
This coffee was grown by Jairo Arcila at the farm Santa Mónica. This coffee is harvested following strict ripeness criteria, floated and hand sorted to remove any defects. Cherries were then exposed to 30 hours of underwater fermentation before being pulped. The parchment was then gently washed and then dried in temperature controlled conditions until ideal moisture content was achieved.
This micro-lot is 100% Tabi. This is a new variety developed by“Federacion Nacional de Cafeteros.” This unique variety is a cross between the Timor Hybrid, Bourbon, and Typica.

We source, roast, blend and pack the coffee ourselves, to ensure that the coffee makes as few journeys as possible once it has left the farm.
