Description:

Discover the exquisite Peru Andrés Torres Geisha, a remarkable coffee sourced from the biodiverse and fertile region of Amazonas, Luya, near the Ecuadorian border. Grown at the Finca Santa Teresa farm by Andres Torres, this Geisha variety is cultivated at an altitude of 1780 meters, benefiting from the lush climate amongst one of Peru’s highest waterfalls.

Farmers and Community:

Andres Torres, following in the footsteps of his parents and grandparents, has set a benchmark for Geisha coffee in Northern Peru. By experimenting with innovative fermentation methods, Andres has elevated the family's coffee production, achieving sixth place at the 2021 Peru Cup of Excellence.

Processing:

The Peru Andrés Torres Geisha undergoes an extended anaerobic natural process with a 72-hour fermentation period. The beans are then dried for 25 days until they reach an 11% moisture content. This meticulous process enhances the coffee's rich, complex flavours, resulting in a cup that highlights blueberry juice, apricot, cacao butter, kiwi, peach, and mandarin.

Ready your taste buds and come on a tropical, funky adventure with the exclusive Peru Andrés Torres Geisha. Order now and savour this limited-edition coffee while stocks last!
