Delivery

Our coffees and teas are all packed fresh to order, as such we endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours from being placed (this does not account for weekends). Please note orders made after 8.30am will be processed and dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

There may be delays with certain speciality coffees and equipment, if this is the case then we will notify you of any issues. 

Royal Mail Delivery - 1st Class (24hr) & 2nd Class (48hr)

UK Delivery is made by the Royal Mail tracked delivery service (see details below) and is charged by total parcel weight (product + packaging).

Please note: Royal Mail Tracked 48 Aim but do not guarantee to be delivered within 2 working days.

Please ensure you enter your address correctly, otherwise we cannot dispatch your parcel. International delivery is made with Royal Mail Standard International service. See further info on Royal Mail delivery below.

Free Royal Mail 48hr shipping applies on any UK orders of £30 or more.

International orders are restricted to a maximum order of 1.5kg

DPD: Next Working Day Courier (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays) *Service not available for customers in Northern Ireland

Order placed with DPD (before 8:30am) will be sent via Next Day Delivery. Please not that this does not include weekends, orders shipped on a Friday will be delivered Monday the following week. 

Any orders over 2.5 Kg will be sent via DPD Courier. You will be notified if this is the case in your confirmation email. Please note that green coffee orders are restricted to a maximum of 10kg. 

Click & Collect Service 

For those local to York, we have free local collection points throughout the city that are delivered on a Wednesday and Friday (subject to change due to latest GOV Restrictions).  You will be notified via email when your order is ready. Please click here for more info. 

Jan 2021 COVID-19 Update:

Click & collect orders from our Roastery are still available. Please ensure that when collecting an order you observe social distancing protocols and wear a face covering when entering the building. 

• York Emporium Roastery (Nether Poppleton): Available to collect from the Roastery any time between 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday, once your have received your shipping email. 

• York Cocoa Works: Available to collect from York Cocoa Works (during opening hours) the Wednesday or Friday after you receive your shipping email.
• Cafe 42, Micklegate: Available to collect from Cafe 42 (during opening hours) the Wednesday or Friday after you receive your shipping email.
