Nicaragua San Pedro

Cup Profile - Blueberry, Strawberry & Raisin.

This micro-lot coffee has been naturally processed and doesn't fail to delight as it provides a cup of full Bright & Fruity cup.

This coffee heralds from the La Bastilla Coffee Estate, located in the north-east region of Jinotega, Nicaragua. La Bastilla Coffee estate is surrounded by the Cerro Datanli El Diablo natural reserve, which is a tropical paradise for flora and fauna as it is founded on deep, favourable volcanic soils.

 

 

Guatemala Red De Mujeres

Cup Profile - Cherry, Blackerry & Rhubarb

The Red de Mujeres, or 'network of women', is a large group of female coffee producers covering five different areas of Huehuetenango. The group is made up of 830 women, but this particular lot comes from the San Antonio Huista area and is the product of 50 producers. Within the entire community of women there are 8 different Mayan languages spoken, highlighting the diversity of culture and language in this area of Guatemala.

 

Rwanda Mbilima

Cup profile - Raspberry, Caramel & Fig.

 A mouth-watering mix of of Raspberry and Figs, with a smooth Caramel body will satisfy your sweet cravings, as well as providing a drinkable all-day coffee.

The Mbilima washing station lies at 2,020 M.A.S.L meaning that it is one of Rwanda’s highest washing stations. This altitude helps in producing sweet-tasting coffee's. 

 

Cherries are hand-picked only when fully ripe and then pulped that same evening using a mechanical pulper that divides the beans into three grades by weight. After pulping,the coffee is fermented overnight (for around 12 hours)

Our coffees are ethically sourced from green coffee buyers who are committed to excellent coffee, excellent standards and paying their farmers an excellent price. We source, roast, blend and pack the coffee ourselves, to ensure that the coffee makes as few journeys as possible once it has left the farm.
