Description: Kiraro is located at the southern end of the Rwenzori Mountains near the D.R. Congo border. This densely populated area is home to smallholder farmers who rely on coffee as their main cash crop. Each plot averages less than 1 acre, and coffee sales fund education and home improvements for the farmers' families.

Farmers and Community: Kiraro work closely with over 600 farmers in the area, providing regular training and support through their field officers. Farmers bring their cherries to the Kiraro Buying Centre overseen by Kiraro's own Captain Baluku where they are weighed and paid for.

Processing: The cherries are collected daily and taken to the Coffee Station at Nyabirongo for natural sun-drying and processing. This method enhances the beans' natural flavours, resulting in a clean and complex cup with notes of berry fruit, citrus, and dark chocolate.

Indulge in the exclusive Kiraro Blend: A tale of community resilience and exceptional flavor. Hurry, while stocks last!
