Our latest Colombian Speciality coffee, La Divisa, is another superb example of why we began working with our friends at The Green Collection.
The Coffee
The La Divisa has a wonderfully bright mouthfeel, singing with notes of green apples & pears, balanced perfectly with a smooth caramel & vanilla body.
The Process
Double fermented for 48 hours in a sealed tank, and then laid out in a Parabolica tunnel to be naturally sun-dried. This process enhances the natural sweet flavours of the coffee.
The Farm
This coffee comes from Candido Criollo and his farm, Finca La Divisa. Located in the Tolima province of Colombia. The farm at an altitude of 2000 M.A.S.L comprises 4 hectares of wonderful volcanic soils, these soils enhance the production of some very special coffees. Importantly, the farm is Maya Organically Certified.
